1. What is the best printing method for custom t-shirts? The best printing method depends on your design and quantity. Screen printing is ideal for large orders with simple designs. 2. What’s the difference between DTF and DTG printing? DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints designs onto film and transfers them to garments, making it versatile for many fabrics. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto cotton shirts and is great for soft, full-color designs. DTF works better for polyester and blends and designs with open/hollow areas.
3. How long does custom shirt printing take? Most custom apparel orders are completed within 6–10 business days. Rush services may be available depending on quantity and decoration method.
4. What is the minimum order for screen printing? Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces due to setup costs. For smaller orders, DTF or DTG printing may be more economical. However, you can screen print just one shirt, but it will be expensive.
5. Is embroidery better than screen printing? Not exactly, but they do serve different purposes and each option has a use. Embroidery offers a professional, long-lasting finish ideal for polos, jackets, and hats. Screen printing is better for bold graphics and large designs on t-shirts.  Generally speaking, we suggest screen printing for t-shirts, tanks, long-sleeve t-shirts, and basic fleece.  Embroidery is suggested for higher end garments.

10. Will printed shirts fade after washing? High-quality screen printing, DTF, and embroidery last through many washes when properly cared for. The products and methods we use are industrial-tested to last at least 50 washes. Proper washing techniques play a significant role in extending the life of a print.

24. What if I need to change my order? You can change your order up until the quote and artwork are approved. Once shirts have been ordered and/or production has started, changes cannot be made.
25. Do you ship outside Indiana? Yes. We ship nationwide.
