Custom Apparel
Are you in need of custom apparel? You've come to the right place! We can create custom decorated apparel for your every need. Custom apparel applies to all of our decoration types. You can browse our decoration types to read more about each process and how they differ. Turnaround times for apparel decorating vary greatly based on a variety of factors. Factors that contribute to turnaround times include print methods, garment type, number of print locations, size of the design/stitch counts for embroidery, order quantity, location the blank garments are sourced from, artwork quality, weather, holidays, etc. The average standard turnaround times are 5-7 business days, however some orders will be produced much quicker. Having "print-ready" artwork speeds up the process. You can create your artwork for free using Canva and share the link with us. If you need help with artwork, we have in-house graphic designers that can help you with that. To avoid the design charge and move your order through quickly, having the artwork complete and print-ready is the best route. Print-ready art includes having rights to the artwork you want, having vectored designs and/or high quality PNGs, and having the artwork sized to the exact size you want it printed as. We quote for DTG, DTF, and Screen Print based on the artwork size and how many locations you want it printed on.
Artwork Setup Files:
For best results and to avoid artwork charges, artwork should come in the following format:
- Vectored files are preferred. Other acceptable options are EPS, PNG, PDF, & JPG (but only for photos since .jpg file have white backgrounds).
- Color Mode set to RGB or CMYK. Do not use Pantone/PMS/Spot colors.
- A transparent background is required. Anything that appears in your image on screen (including white backgrounds) will print.
- 300 dpi image sized to be the actual print size you want on the shirt.
- If using Photoshop, trim away the excess background (Image>Trim). Your design should fill up the canvas. (Don’t send a 3″ x 3″ image on a 12″ x 10″ art board).
- Items downloaded from the internet (unless purchased from artwork sites) are generally only 72 dpi-low resolution files, and in most cases, illegal to reproduce. If you don’t have professional graphic design software, you can hire one, or have us create something for you.
NOTICE: Any files that come in another format will need to be converted to PNG format. If not designed correctly, this could change the color profiles and will result in artwork charges. Following the step-by-step instructions in the PDFs is critical for good results.
